New Year's Eve

Typically we do not do anything for New Years, but this year we hung out with Dom and Chris at their place. Prior to heading over there, we stopped at the Zabel's to wish them a Happy New Year. Games, snacks, goofy pictures, funny hats and married couple kisses....what a fabulous way to ring in the New Year!!

Our Home

Our first home!!! We purchased it officially and received keys on 08/13/2009. A very special day for us as exactly one year later, we became husband and wife. The home has only had one owner other than us, since it was originally built. We need to do some cosmetic fixing, but overall, it's a fabulous home. We love that it is a little bit out of town, and that we have an acre of land. Though we hope to purchase property and build a home we design ourselves, this was a perfect home for a starter home. I can't wait to start a garden and decorate once we finish some of the upgrades. Now that the wedding has passed, we can finally start focusing more on the house.
