Case of the Monday's

On my way back to my desk after my morning walk, I decide to JOG up the stairs. As I begin my jog, I hear a disturbingly loud crash...I look back, grab my pocket where my phone once rest, and watch as my phone performs jumping jacks. Unimpressed, I sweep up my phone from the concrete step and continue up the stairs. As I went to reach for the door handle, I looked down at my phone and not only did I see my MANY smudge prints, but a hideously beautiful design embedded into the screen......

Beautiful right?! Crazily enough, the phone still totally works! But running my finger over all the cracks was a little unpleasant as little pieces continuously flake off.
Fortunately we have a spare 3GS so I can't complaint too much. But I can honestly say I had a definite case of the Monday's.

Our Home

Our first home!!! We purchased it officially and received keys on 08/13/2009. A very special day for us as exactly one year later, we became husband and wife. The home has only had one owner other than us, since it was originally built. We need to do some cosmetic fixing, but overall, it's a fabulous home. We love that it is a little bit out of town, and that we have an acre of land. Though we hope to purchase property and build a home we design ourselves, this was a perfect home for a starter home. I can't wait to start a garden and decorate once we finish some of the upgrades. Now that the wedding has passed, we can finally start focusing more on the house.
