Sandy's Retirement

My sweet friend Sandy retired from State Service March 31st, 2011. She has been such a blessing to me. I know that my job in the Customer Service Center and the Department of Health was meant for Sandy to come into my life. We've become great friends and though I am sad to see her go, I wish her the best of luck and RELAXATION in her retirement years.

Our Home

Our first home!!! We purchased it officially and received keys on 08/13/2009. A very special day for us as exactly one year later, we became husband and wife. The home has only had one owner other than us, since it was originally built. We need to do some cosmetic fixing, but overall, it's a fabulous home. We love that it is a little bit out of town, and that we have an acre of land. Though we hope to purchase property and build a home we design ourselves, this was a perfect home for a starter home. I can't wait to start a garden and decorate once we finish some of the upgrades. Now that the wedding has passed, we can finally start focusing more on the house.
